Nick woke up to his alarm at 5 am, grabbed some clothes and walked to the bathroom. He turned on the light and saw on the mirror in pink lipstick the words, "We know what you did last night."
"Y'all think you're funny." he screamed as he walked into AJ's room.
AJ looked at him confused.
"Don't look at me like that, I know you were in on it."
"In on what?"
"Writing on my mirror."
"Why would I be in your room? Even better, why the hell would I be in your bathroom?"
"It's Krystal's lipstick, and y'all were together last night."
"No we weren't. What are you talking about?"
"The writing on the mirror is Krystal's lipstick and handwriting, when me and Tippy got in last night you and Krystal were coming out of this room together."
"I wasn't in on it. Go ask Krystal. We weren't together but for like 5 minutes. I helped her find her suitcase. It was in Kevin's room, maybe he was in on it."
Nick ran down the hall to Kevin's room. He opened the door to find Krystal and Kevin laughing hysterically.
"What's so funny?"
"You! Bone had his cell phone on, we heard it all. So did y'all have fun? I mean, cuz when me and Bone were together that was...say....almost midnight."
Nick began to blush.
"Yes we did. Now get your ass down there and get that lipstick off my mirror so I can take a shower."
Krystal stuck out her arm and Nick pulled her to her feet. She walked to his room laughing.
"So where did y'all go?"
"Why?"
"Just wondering."
"The field on the other side of the hotel."
"Oh. You call that fun?"
"Yeah, and that's not the only place we went. We went around here a little, walking distance, and she took pictures. Then we went to the field and looked at the stars."
"Sounds sweet....sounds like you kissed her!?!?!"
"Yeah. But I also broke the kiss. I didn't feel right, we haven't known each other long enough, I was such an idiot, I don't know why I'm trying to go so fast with her."
"What did she say?"
"When I apologized she told me not to be sorry. Other than that she didn't really say anything."
"Well, at least ya know she likes ya back."
"Not exactly."
"She told you not to be sorry because she liked the kiss. If she didn't like you she would've pushed you away and wouldn't have liked the kiss. That's just how girls work, Carter, man you need to have a long talk with Bone, he'll fill you in."
"Ok, whatever, I need to have a talk with the shower, so get out of here."
She smiled as she walked back to Kev's room.
Nick, Tippy, Krystal and Kevin all decided to go walking around town, then pack up and drive to Liverpool. They knew the ride would take almost a week, if they stopped and let Tippy take pictures, so they rented a car, and put everything they wouldn't need on the bus. Howie assured Kevin that the bus would be there on time and they would pick all four of them up and they'd be on their way to Scotland.
"You ready?" Nick smiled
"Yeah." she said sticking her cell phone in her camera bag.
"Lemme see that."
She handed him her phone and watched him push buttons for a minute.
"Here ya go. I put my number in."
"Thanks." as she put it back in the camera bag.
"Shotgun." Krystal screamed, as she ran to the car.
"Damn you." he said, acting mad.
"You can thank me later." she whispered as he got in the back seat with Tippy.
